The Amalgam 1/8 Jaguar XKSS Roadster is an exquisite large-scale recreation of one of Britain’s most iconic sports cars. Based on the legendary Jaguar D-Type that won Le Mans three years in a row, the XKSS was a road-going conversion built in 1957 for the U.S. market after Jaguar’s withdrawal from endurance racing.
Powered by the same 3.4-litre straight-six engine delivering 262 horsepower, the XKSS retained much of the D-Type’s lightweight construction and racing DNA while adding luxury refinements — including passenger doors, a full-width windscreen, side windows, folding soft top, and chrome bumpers.
